San Francisco, I will come back for you.
My friend Alex Champagne and I were shipped 48 hours in San Francisco to test drive the new Ford Fiesta on California scenic roads. You can watch a bombe.tv video we made here.
The air of the West Coast is just different.
The ocean, the trees, the sky, everything is just bigger here.
So we took the car and road map for an extroadinary road test on probably the most “Grand Turismo like” road ever. Crazy curves, panorama, canyons, winery, blind fog and wet roads. I can’t describe the sensation of driving a car that is not yours, in a city you never been, 2 hours after landing on the west coast.

This was the view from my hotel room, looking straight at the bay bridge.
We then went off the radar to try to get a panorama of the city.

We ended up in a party hosted by Ken Block for the unveiling of his new Rally Ford Fiesta.
Back at the hotel, drunk, passing out in a final look at the bay bridge.
It was all a dream. San Francisco, I will come back for you.
