When you enter Fly Studio’s workspace for the first time, you have no choice but to be stunned by the intense shaft of light that pours down through the dome ceiling. After a couple editing sessions, I finally got to ask about this curious installation. Thanks to JP who showed me behind the curtain.

The light that goes through the dome is not the actual direct sun. It is in fact a reflection of the light that bounces on a huge mirror setup. The dome is built inside of the building. I found it fascinating.

This is the beast.
