Meet the SID LEE’s CEO, a very serious guy.

This is a short video I made to introduce the SID LEE workspace and people. This is actually pretty close to everyday business.

La maison Shaughnessy

Protected as a heritage building, La Maison Shaughnessy was incorporated into the Centre Canadien d’Architecture de Montréal. We were privilieged to step inside to visit the magnificient solarium.

Next to the sunlight room is the a small fireplace salon that smells just like elementary school. My good friend JP Thibault, appreciating this small surprise on our schedule.

Swag.

Charlie where are you?

These are actual still frames from my upcoming video Ton Retour.
It will be an epic lovesong / lookbook / shortfilm. I don’t even know how to call this stuff anymore…

It will tell the story of up and coming model Charlie Hunter, waiting love letters from oversea. This scene is taking place on a Mile end rooftop when she finally sees her true love homecoming.

Charlie is represented by Marilyn Agency New York and Dulcedo in Montreal.

I Love You Boat

Both the sky and the river were gorgeous as we climbed the Belvü yacth for the Newad Agency client’s and family cruise. This is me and Thomas Leblanc from the content department taking our navy looks really really seriously.

My good friend Oliver Ceballos who used to be a media buyer douche. That is why he’s still on some VIP events lists. Kidding bro.

With Newad VP and Nightlife Magazine’s editor, Martine Desjardins.
She is also a princess.

What is going on here?
Magic? Love vibes of Martine? Gin Tonic?

Feeding my social tribe with boat vibes.
For bros who stayed home. It is important they feel like they are missing out.

I’m tipsy.
Theese lights will guide me home.

Good night.
Didn’t spend a dime. Love my life.

A backstreet party

First I heard the music.
Then the voice of an old english lady:
"Would you like a corn?"

One thing I really appreciate about Montreal is the possibility to get lost anywhere. All you have to do is to cut across a backstreet and you find yourself in a completely different garden.

On the set : Superclub Videotron

This set was awesome. The biggest lighting setup I’ve ever seen. Senior colleagues were mocking me because I was running around taking pictures like an intern. But look at this setup! Yon can catch the 3 spots campaign on air right now. Superclub Videotron is a huge video rental franchise.

Below is a massive UFO hold by a crane, bouncing light all over the store front.

Copywriter Guillaume Bergeron and AD Marc Guilbault.

This Ritual Is Sacred

After the loss of a relative, Mario Lafrenais had to go through the cookie-cutter process of funeral services.

In these moments, everything goes so fast that you kinda loose the sacred touch with the funeral rituals.

It’s the idea of paying a little more respect to this ritual that brought Moine Urbain to design elegant ceremonial Urns.

The workshop / house / boutique undercover in the Plateau mont-Royal landscape.

The Dome of Light

When you enter Fly Studio’s workspace for the first time, you have no choice but to be stunned by the intense shaft of light that pours down through the dome ceiling. After a couple editing sessions, I finally got to ask about this curious installation. Thanks to JP who showed me behind the curtain.
